About me
I’ve spent many years as a designer, working within varied roles and cultures with the desire to understand the psychology of the user and how they interact. I’m focused on user-centred design principles; specifically the human aspect. I enjoy making the complex feel simple, easy to use and enjoy helping people understand what good design is. I’ve had the chance to grow with the industry which gives me the edge when it comes
to understanding the art of the possible.
My career has taken me through various roles, from digital design through service and experience design. My current role is that of a Senior Consulting Manager for the Innovation and Experience Design team EMEA. I manage a team of up to 25 designers and UI developers strategically guiding the team, supporting them in embracing the latest technologies as well as continuing to work directly with customers.
